We offer all three colors recognized by the AKC- Black, Black & Silver and Salt & Pepper. We have a pregnancy X-ray done around 55 days for litter estimated count, then tails docked and dewclaws removed at three - five days, dewormer at two & four weeks, then a six week check up all performed by Dr Beckett.
As the weeks go by, we will send you a weekly Pupdate News Letter full of pictures and information on what your puppy has been doing that week, how it is growing and what they are experiencing. We also post mid week photos and videos on our Facebook page as they get older and more mobile and active.
After their six week check up we will send a check list of what you need to prepare for their arrival. We will then set up an appointment to meet your new baby and go home on the same day. All of our puppies are responsibly sent home no earlier than 8 weeks of age, only after our veterinarian has thoroughly examined and certified their good health.
If you can not pick up your puppy by 8 weeks, a $25 a day boarding fee will be assessed to your balance.
We will only hold a puppy for a maximum of 10 days after it has turned 8 weeks. Arrangements need to be made prior to 6 weeks and the remaining balance and boarding fee is due at 6 weeks by check.
At go home we will provide you with:
- Sample pack of Royal Canin Mini Puppy food and measuring cup. Often enclosed is a coupon for a free bag of food (provided by Royal Canin).
- A sample pack of NuVet Vitamins along with literature
- A handmade blanket with litter mates scent to help with an easy transition to home.
- Extended Health Guarantee
- Lots of literature and information on feeding, potty training, crate training, grooming and a whole lot more.
- A promise to you for a lifetime of support and a lifetime return policy. Should you decide later in life you can no longer care for your puppy, we will take them back no questions asked. We never want any of our dogs to end up in a shelter or rescue.
**Getting a puppy is a long term commitment and a common question asked is why so much? The amount of time, effort and passion put into being a breeder is unmeasurable. Building a solid breeding program requires multiple dogs in good health, great genetics, and lots of patience. Getting educated through online research, hands on training and attending numerous seminars provided by The Ohio State University has taken up a lot of our time but feel it is necessary for the success of our program. Our blood lines are well thought out and a premium price is paid for quality dogs and breeding rights. Without these things we could not hold the integrity we do. All of our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club.
